Since 2012 she has been actively campaigning to challenge perceptions of Polish fashion in the UK, organising and co-curating a series of exhibitions as part of the International Fashion Showcase, including“Warsaw Calling” in 2015, which introduced the work of emerging designers and new fashion graduates from Katedra Mody, the Polish Academy of Arts in Warsaw.

In 2014-15, Paulina organised a series of study visits to Poland and invited British journalists to discover the local fashion scene, generating some very positive press coverage. This was the starting point for what would become Chrysalis, the first publication in English about the history of Polish fashion.

In February 2017, Chrysalis is launched in London, together with an accompanying website,, alongside her latest exhibition at the International Fashion Showcase, “Waste Not, which Paulina produced in collaboration with the School of Form and the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.
